آية وقول قديس

واكون لكم ابا وانتم تكونون لي بنين وبنات

يقول الرب القادر على كل شيء

كورنثوس الثانية 6: 18

 

I will be a Father to you,

and you shall be My sons and daughters,

says the LORD Almighty.

 

(2 Cor. 6: 18)

 

يليق بنا أيها الإخوة الأحبّاء

أن نتذكّر هذا وندرك أننا إذ ندعو الله أبًا

فلنعمل بما يليق كأبناء لله

وكما تجدون لذّة في دعوة الله أبًا

فهو أيضًا يجد لذّة فينا!

We ought then, beloved brethren,

to remember and to know,

that when we call God Father,

we ought to act as God’s children;

so that in the measure in which

we find pleasure in considering God as a Father,

He might also be able to find pleasure in us.
