فالله الآن يأمرجميع الناس في كل مكان ان يتوبوا متغاضيا عن ازمنة الجهل. اع17: 30

هكذا هو حب الله المترفق. أنه لن ينزع وجهه عن التوبة الصادقة، فإنه حتى وإن كان الإنسان قد اندفع إلى الشر حتى النهاية عينها إذ يختار الرجوع إلى الحياة الفاضلة يقبله الله ويرحب به ويعمل كل ما هو لإصلاحه ويرده إلى حالته الأولى. القديس يوحنا ذهبي الفم
Such is the compassionate love of God; He would not disregard genuine repentance. Even though man may keep on, in his willful ways until the end, if he chooses to return to life of virtue, God will receive and welcome him, and will do all what is good for him, and restore him to his original condition.
